If you have already received an information pack from us or you are clear about how you wish to proceed then please complete, sign and send us a Letter of Authority (one for each of your pension providers) so that we can contact each provider and request information and paperwork.
We will need a separate letter of authority for each of your pension providers.

If you or your partner smoke or have lifestyle or health issues you should consider completing a medical questionnaire and send it back to us as well.
If you have received our information pack then you can use the prepaid envelope sent with the pack to return documents back to us, or alternatively, our address details can be found here.
