We are passionate about the service we provide to our customers. All of our advisers are carefully trained and supervised to keep our standards high. A random sample of their advice is checked regularly.

Your specialist adviser can give you 0845 and 01 direct dial phone numbers so that you can contact the same person again, choosing the number most appropriate for your tariff.
We do not hide our fees or commission – this is openly discussed with you in your first conversation or email, and disclosed in your written suitability report and quotes.
Every client is sent a questionnaire and asked to comment on our service. We get back around a third of questionnaires sent. Every one of those clients said they were either quite or very satisfied with our service. A selection of their comments is included here. Every questionnaire is read by the company directors and a regular report is made to the board to allow them to monitor customer satisfaction.
